Her worst state (lowest favorability rating, biggest net deficit in favorability, lowest honesty ranking) is the state in which she has campaigned the most, Iowa. It is not hard to see why. In Iowa, her image is robotic and standoffish, and her refusal to answer spontaneous questions from the media and unvetted audiences contributes to the impression she has something to hide and does not have to bother with the little people. This is not a case in which Clinton is misunderstood; it is that not even a rigorously scripted and well-financed campaign can disguise her considerable flaws.....”
