The very same people do not know the meanings of the words, “deductible” and “co pay”.
No, they are people like me who refuse to follow government mandated laws. I have my health savings account but I should have also signed up on an exchange, which I didn’t. No one has said anything and I paid my tax. We’ll see what happens next April.
