Depends on the determination and what and which authority takes the prosecution. From what’s being reported here and elswhere it sure sounds like “murder 1”. But what and who does the prosecution will make the difference..

When blacks were claiming retribution inspired by inflamatory reporting of the “cold blooded murder of Trevon Martin because he’s black”. Which was being circulated during the Zimmerman trial with the help or silence to the facts by the regime. You know that “murder 1” ain’t going nowhere .
