Yes, The 14th Amendment clearly states “under the jurisdiction”, since illegal aliens did not apply to fall under the jursidiction of the U.S. their children are foreign nationals illegally in our country, the same as the parents. Deport the whole family.
Illegal aliens are certainly “subject to the jurisdiction”. They are subject to our laws just like anyone else. What that phrase excludes is diplomats and invading armies, not illegals aliens.
