Two of the most dangerous words in the English language are “Disparate Impact”. Unfortunately the black-robed cretins of the Supreme Court have already given that noxious phrase their stamp of approval.

And they are, of course, led by Justice Kennedy.

So all the Obama administration has to do is massage the data until it comes up with evidence of "disparate impact" and all the rest rolls out automatically.

Will a conservative Republican president ordered the destruction of this data? I doubt it.

HUD plans to drill down to an even more granular level, detailing the proximity of black residents to transportation sites, good schools, parks and even supermarkets.

Can they rule a town/city the victim of “Disparate Impact” if the town/city had in place a major chain drug store, say a CVS, and the citizens of the town/city chose to burn it down?
