Wow....Donald sounds just like you and I, normal everyday American people...go to church, ask God for forgiveness, talks just like 90% of the American people...
Guess there are those who think he’s not good enough to run for the office of the POTUS...must think that someone like what’s in there is the best we can do...

I watched the whole video of Trump last night. Maybe some other folks might do the same thing.

This one actually makes me mad.
Again - totally out of context.
Would you prefer him to lie? It would be quite easy for him to do. He could lie and say all the things that people want to hear - just like the politicians do. Pander, get what he wants, then backstab us once he gets into office - just like the politicians do.
He said that he corrects himself - not that he never makes mistakes. It’s in the article that you cited. Why don’t you read it?
In the speech, he actually took responsibility for his failed marriages. BIG TIME.

“Frank Luntz is a putz.”
I never liked Luntz, but this time, as he talked, I kept thinking putz.
Then he walked off stage, and I thought clown.
Who in their right mind would wear shoes like that?

Admirable./S
It’s worth noting Trump is the guy who was recently yelling on Twitter about kicking someone’s a##.
Also, in 2006 during an appearance on “The View” he remarked on his daughter’s nice figure and said he would probably be dating her if he wasn’t her father.
This is the guy, the statesman that Christian conservatives want to head this country?

"Youre going to have to post it, since, otherwise, no one else on planet Earth is aware of it besides you and you seem quite deranged in general about this topic." Actually it's been discussed quite a bit...but folks who are head over heels in love with Trump seem to have selective vision going on.

"Would you prefer him to lie? " Not the point. I don't want him to lie. I also don't want someone of his caliber as president.

Are you projecting?
Trump didn't say he's perfect or never screws up. He said he tries to do better.
A bigger question to me is, does Luntz try to influence his polling groups results?

A lot of self made successful people are so confident in themselves that they can sound arrogant at times.
I know two like him, one of whom plays tennis with Bill Gates.

He did mention the forgiveness in communion.
I like that he says he goes out and tries and fix it. How many do that?
