You see, this is your problem. You don't seem to understand that at this point in the process "perception IS reality." What Trump has said in the past, which I'm unaware of you "putting up, or shutting up," is irrelevant.
What is he running as NOW? THAT is what is determining his popularity with the voters.
As for "proving you otherwise," again you don't seem to understand the burden of proof is on you, not me.
All I have to do is refer to the campaign he's running. You, on the other hand, have to cite his past conflicts with his current positions, then establish he hasn't truly changed those past positions.
