So the obvious follow up question is does Jeb have an opinion on whether transgenders are likely to affect morale. Or is he just totally uncertain on that point, sort of like the media is uncertain about motive when Mohamed guns down our soldiers.
The politician in him does not want to say anything that has the slightest potential to cause any conceivable voter to be concerned about his “leanings.”
The retort to his dripping pandering? “How could it not affect morale?”
