“Never turn down rain in the summer” is a credo I’ve had for years, but it is being tested now.

I’ve never understood the “monsoon rain” thing in the southwest desert.

Oh Henk, “Monsoon” in the desert here doesn't necessarily mean rain but rather humidity.

Once in a while we get some really spectacular lightening storms & we get “haboobs” aka dust storms.

As we like to say here we have two seasons.....hot & not so hot. :)
