When I was a child,
I caught a fleeting glimpse
out of the corner of my eye

I turned to look and it was gone

I could not express my childhood in a book or a tome but I love Mylife.

I was just saying the other day how privileged I was to harvest the eggs, churn the butter and scrape the hogs.

I am serious.
It makes me weep to see those days pass
