It is not legal to keep hots in Maryland and I do not have the training to do so, at any rate.
I will, however, help rattlers and copperheads to flee to a less hostile environment, if I find any.
Rattlers wont kill a full grown adult, although they will make you wish you hadn’t tangled with them
Im not afraid of snakes, and let the bull snakes and garters alone. However any rattler in my yard will meet its maker. Too dangerous for pets and children.
