Nope. Grand jury just impaneled, and that not without some contention.
The state has 180 days to bill or release. 180 days counts from date of arrest or date of bonding out, whichever is later.
Are you sure? I had seen 90 days.
They put a cop on the grand jury to make sure that it behaves.
