Nope. Grand jury just impaneled, and that not without some contention.
The state has 180 days to bill or release. 180 days counts from date of arrest or date of bonding out, whichever is later.

Correct, and he should have not been released from jail, he should have been shot. Any Bandido member should be shot on sight and a bounty paid by the Sheriff upon delivery of both a left ear and a right ear. Trials suck and are too slow. Evidence is hard to collect. Let's not work hard for this stuff. We know what's up, we should kill whoever we suspect.
