Remember a couple of things:

1. We are supposed to be completely non judgmental about situations such as this.

2. We are supposed to accept that this person is a biological female with the goal of becoming a homosexual male. We are being too binary and heteronormative if we reject its self described gender identity. Facebook lists 56 different gender identities. It is simply another variation on gender identity to go through the whole sex change thing, to become a homosexual of the opposite sex. Nothing unusual about that at all.

Wrong: We are supposed to accept and applaud its "courageous decision" to realize its life-long desire to live as a "transgender, homosexual, breastfeeding man."
