Apparently, the timestamp on the tweet was in Pacific time. So, 10:34am Pacific --> 1:34pm Eastern.

Factors important to time are 1) it is ramadan and 2) the new moon is just hours old.

Many more incidents like this, increasing in severity, perhaps as early as tomorrow.
