These fascists violated the first amendment by acting to stop PROTECTED POLITICAL SPEECH and by gagging the targets. They violated the 4th amendment by getting wiretaps and internet service provider files for investigation targets and by seizing property TOTALLY UNRELATED TO THE CHARGES.
