You are exactly right. You can’t play nice with these people. Dumb ole’ GW did the reach across the aisle thing and we see how far that got him in the end. His ineffectual, namby-pamby ways gave us what we have today.
Mitt Romney made the same mistake. If he had trashed Obama the same way he went after Newt he would be President today.
