As I recall, generally that’s true, but the mathematicians have agreed to define “0/0” as “1” in keeping with the principle that “anything divided by itself is 1”.
I guess. But they have to fix calculators then, because I put 0/0 into that calculator that is included in accessories on my pc and it said “Result is undefined”. LOL
