We are experiencing the Bible. It always seemed astonishing that Israel would turn to Baal and other idols. We see first hand how it comes to pass. When a people or nation reject God, it is like they have to rub God’s face in it, by making sure He sees what they are turning to. They don’t just say there is no God and go on. Whoa to us the Bible might say at this juncture.
