Are you saying the American people are incapable of self-government? Old Ben Franklin was right when he questioned whether they would be so capable.
I am saying that 49% of the people do not have enough reading skills or could care less that these two are destroying America.
So I guess, they would be incapable of self-government and should be culled from the herd. And 10-1 they probably do not even know what part Ben Franklin played in the founding of this great country. Probably think he was some rich white dude that flew a kite in a lightning storm and invented thunder.
