Oh yes it does. Every show or commercial on television has a colorful person in a position of authority because white people are to dumb ass to do anything anymore. Most judges or police captains are colorful, even beer and insurance commercials have white guys playing the dumb ass and a woman or a colorful person showing him how to do whatever it is because he is a witless idiot.
