Bush also swore a sacred oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, which, in two Amendments, absolutely requires exactly the same protection for ALL innocent persons:

Without a legal decision on his side, Jeb was just as helpless as anyone else. Terri’s closest relatives seem to understand that.
There’s plenty of reasons not to like Jeb, but blaming Terri’s death on him is unjustified.
