The churches may be able to hold out, for a while...but there are many units not affiliated with churches who will face the wrath of the pink fascists...
I’m in my waning months with the BSA...if it hadn’t been for a couple of boys that “grew up” in my Troop working to finish Eagle and a friend asking me to stay on, I would have been out last year.
Our Troop will probably have no choice but we will have to discuss with our Charter Org to see what options we have since we’re not with a church.
Stay the course as long as you can.
My kid is going to make Eagle no matter what, he has about three years to go.
We are a Church troop though, pretty soon those will be the only ones left.
My only hope is that the pink mafia will push things too far and too fast provoking a well deserved backlash.
