Why should California get a break from rising gas prices since they laid all of this crap on the rest of the country?
Yew, the waiver should apply to every state.
IIRC there are like over 30 special blends for the high urban population centers in the US. That why prices fluctuate in the summer as refineries change from one blend to the next.
You would think that the blend for SoCal would be good enough for the rest of the nation but noooooooo....
