Total nothing burger. None of the important action is on this video. There must be another camera pointing toward the action that shows what actually happened.
All this one shows is the LE rushing and creeping up on “something”. What that something is is anyone’s guess.

Someone pointed this out in the news-site’s comments: A police officer places something on the ground at about 13:21:30 (that’s 1:32:30 PM for the civilians). At around 13:59:30 another officer places what is described as an evidence cone next to the earlier placed object. Pardon my French but, whiskey foxtrot tango, is this evidence planting?

Around 12:41:00 the demeanor of the guy in the blue shirt loitering in front of Don Carlos changes suddenly from nonchalant to terrified. Also, you can see what appear to be bikers just standing around in the background who suddenly run for their lives away from Twin Peaks. It doesn't look anything like there was a huge brawl occurring and it doesn't look like there was only a single pistol shot. It looks like a bomb dropped. This video is evidence that this is another case of
Occam's Razor: There was a skirmish between the bikers, the Waco PD got out of their cars and took aim with their M4s and, as soon as there was report of a gun, the Waco PD fired their M4s.
