This is how you deal with the Trump factor. Yesterday Senator Ted Cruz slammed Republican criticism of Donald Trumps remarks on illegal entry saying "I stand with Donald Trump" and observing that those criticizing "have been vocal advocates for amnesty." Beginning at 3:10:
Yes, Cruz does need to flip on H1B and amnesty. Until then, he will no longer get my support, even as a VP for Trump.
Ann Coulter also comes to the same conclusion. I know many IT people having lots of experience that have been unemployed.
One actually was engaged as a consultant teaching Indian outsourced programmers so that they could take jobs of Americans for less money.
Cruz is otherwise my guy so far
Trump is for building a WALL........ THIS WEEK....
More power to him.. but alas the concept can die a sudden death..
in an instant..
I’m for Cruz, but I “like” what Trump has to say about some of his immigration comments.
Cruz is smart to “build” on the opportunity Trump provided, not tear him down.
I am convinced now more than ever that Trump is out there to help Cruz by taking the heat for him. He’s running interference with the mediots, while Cruz can double down with no blow-back.
The picture of these two men will be forever burned into the minds of freedom loving true Americans whether we win or lose the fight to defeat liberalism and political correctness.
This is it...our last gasp of free air for if this election is lost our country is lost and will never return to what it once was.
These are the only two who will defy the lifers in the Republican party and not kneel to ensure that the party does NOT do what it does best......1. Defy the will of the voters and 2. Always snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.
The Republican party is “the go along to get along” party and it is designed that way so that they can “reach across the isle” and exchange favors for their own enrichment of power and money.
There are some other fairly good Republican candidates but they are too political and timid to fight the battles that are coming up in the next few years and without a doubt, cave in to the progressives and political correctness.
“I am convinced now more than ever that Trump is out there to help Cruz by taking the heat for him. Hes running interference with the mediots, while Cruz can double down with no blow-back.”
Is it too much to hope that a couple of candidates in the GOP field actually have a .....
strategy?
WOW! How refreshing would THAT be!
Yep, Cruz is turning Trump to his advantage.
I’m telling ya, I think they are both working together. Imagine an Intellect regarding laws and our Constitution and the other has strong Business intellect. Put them together and you get what? =)
We really need to find an effective way to identify and punish the companies that hire them. It has to go beyond public shaming. Americans need to act in coordinated fashion to ravage the bottom line of companies that hire the invaders. Also, people need to pay up and hire Americans. If you’re not going to do your own yard work—you need to hire an American to do it (and keep an eye on their crew members, too).
What makes you guys think Cruz is in favor of amnesty? He’s been the main one fighting it.

The first one is an interesting read.
There’s more just search Cruz amnesty. He’s been fighting it all along. I did find one article that said he supports and expansion of LEGAL immigration, shorter wait times and such, but everything I can find on illegal immigration says he’s definitely against amnesty. I think, not positive, I saw a while back that he favors some sort of “path to legal status” but not citizenship, if I remember correctly. I don’t agree, I want ‘em all booted outta here yesterday.
I think one of the most important contributions that Trump is making right now is that he is keeping Bush from gaining any momentum. That, and he is bulldozing a path thru the PC minefield, which, hopefully, a serious candidate like Cruz can then walk thru. I think Cruz is already on board with this plan.
Not only do illegals keep wages down - they keep blacks on the democrat dependent plantation.
It's a twofer - cheap gardeners and maids for the Michael Moores and Hillary Clintons of the world AND blacks know they can be replaced if they get uppity with what democrats give them...
We have laws on the books now... those laws don’t matter because the politically correct ‘in’ group (liberal elites) like cheap labor.
And their minions do as they’re told...
