It's happened. Years ago a friend approached me and told me she briefly dated her employer and became pregnant. She wanted an abortion and asked me for help. It was a tough decision for her but Mrs. 40 and I talked her out of it. Today she is very proud of her 22 year old son, a medical student, and bears the burden of just how close she came to ending his life.
