I've read (something like) any housing unit or sub-division that has 20 units or more must include (some amount of) 'affordable housing' or the permit for the project will not be approved.

Everyone must have a poor minority family living next to them.

Well that’s exactly what this is all about—getting private developers to include some section 8 units in every new development.

I’m puzzled about the end game though. Why are the lefties so keen to force this I just can’t figure. Who gains? Have to admit i’m at a loss.

Smaller Sub-Divisions. Hmmm, Farmer fracters his parcel so that multiple builders are doing 2 or 3 subs instead of one big one, all with 19 homes.

Kinda like Restaurants with 49 employees post Obiongocare...
