The night I met her, (she was in the neighboring state of Louisiana) signing her latest book and visiting her friends from that TV show I don't watch. Can't think of its name right now, but they're the Southern family. Oh yeah, Duck Dynasty.
IIRC boots similar to these were sitting there and she was in flatter, more comfortable shoes after a long day.
