A fellow Freeper posted here a week or so ago that he knew they were going to be crossing his ranch/land.

Apparently, permission has been sought and given for this exercise on private properties.

No I would not.

The article says secretive Special Operations troops will maneuver through private and publicly owned land

Being secretive means to me that I wouldn't know about it. In daylight hours I would approach anyone on my property without permission and demand them to leave. At night some lead would fly to convince them to leave.
