You seem to be implying that white guilt should be determined by ancestry.
You are hearing something I ain’t saying. I have previously posted that perhaps black descendants (Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson?) of slave owners be asked if they should pay reparations as their ancestors owned slaves as well. I am merely pointing out the futility of suggesting one demographic in this country owes any other anything. To any rational person the proposal should be ridiculous on its own but these are irrational times.
You know, until you pointed it out I never saw it that way. I guess I should have seen how it could be taken that way. I have said that a number of times and always just meant it as “what has this to do with me” or “why should I be bothered with your frivolous accusation that whites should pay reparations”. I should apologize for the oversight. Sorry.
