I think we are more likely to see 2004 numbers particularly that Blacks aren’t as likely to come out to vote in 2016 presidential election.
Gee..the minorities all voted for the cool black guy! Next time they ought to vote for Kim Kardashian and that nasty faced husband of hers. Won’t that be cool?
Actually these numbers tell an awful tale. The minority voted themselves the majority’s money.
