Maybe they count Asian as non-White?
Seattle is very, very White.
You have to go on a major expedition to find somebody who's not white.
Seattle is pretty white but there are some surprising twists.

What this doesn’t say is that 18% of the population is foreigners - a mix of eastern Europeans, Asians and middle-easterners.
