Here in Florida a license to fill tankers from a hydrant is $75 a year... most people simply have a gasoline pump on the truck and fill up at a lake.

OK maybe I am wrong about the specifics, just relating my understandinding of things working for a co that flushed storm sewers for new housing developments in So Fl some 20 odd years ago. Was told that attaching to a hydrant illegally was a major serious crime and we would not go near there potentionally losing our business. So all you Tom Selleck guys can go on thinking he’s a such a fine guy if that’s your inclination, I’m done with it.
