Actually I'd rather try and educate Ted Cruz on the problem and how H-1Bs are being abused. I think he's bright enough to come around and that'll leave all the idiotic suggestions to you.
I was hoping that Ted would get it right the second time on this, as he attempted to do on the TPA, but apparently he's doubling down on this.
His talking points are pure GOP Establishment! Sounds like Romney.
Sounds great. And that strong leaders who be WHO exactly? Certainly not Ted "H1-B" Cruz! So who?
EXACTLY. !!
I bet nearly every Hindu in America came here on a H1-B. Now their cranky old parents are all here, probably collecting Social Security.
As a block they are all strong liberal / Obama democrats. They are already the highest paid ethnic group in America. I know dozens of Indians who work in the computer industry. They network tightly, many hi-tech workers have stories about being "the last white guy" in a department pushed out to make it all Indian.
Oh, they are big gun banners too. Whoda thunk.
Maybe Cruz hasn't seen a lot of this in Texas. He could find it in Austin, a Hindu Hub City in America. He needs to get out more.
we all wait to see don’t we?
No, they care about their money making gears meshing with their governing gears so the whole machine works perfectly on their behalf.
< Any candidate who doesn't publicly kiss their butt in one way or another is a candidate who can't raise money. So, how's Ted doing in the fund raising department, just scrimping by?
His wife is a managing director at Goldman-Sachs, on leave to help him with his campaign. We were directed not to notice this by his supporters here on FR. But as you see with his TPP stances and his continuing support for H1B invasion and displacement, he's pretty much a right-wing internationalist.
The CFR, which his wife has worked with to produce plans for an enlarged North American union, is not all Democrats by a long shot. It's always had a compliment of establishment Republicans, who have slightly different views on some issues but agree on the overall goals of the CFR.
What I'm seeing from Cruz that's where he fits. It might fit with what a lot of Freepers like too -- i remember the utter vilification of Pat Buchanan on this site.
There has always been a split between the more nationalist and internationalist sides of the Conservative movement. Buchanan was a hard nationalist type, Romney a pretty solid internationalist type.
They disagree on trade, the nationalists wanting mercantilist and protectionist policies - the internationalists working towards their long term goals of frictionless international trade. Both Bush's, Clinton and Obama have all shared the same outlook on trade.
It’s really simple in that if you vote for anyone that current works for the federal government you can expect more of the same. Every damn one of them are beholden to the same masters. They may talk a good game but the proof is in their deeds. America is on the brink and unless the voters have the guts to go in a completely new direction, we are finished IMO. It is mind boggling how many supposed Freepers are nothing more than low information voters....willing to give the next spin doctor career politician a chance.
What makes you think they're breaking the law? One can follow the letter of the law, which all these companies are doing, while trampling all over the intent. The law itself is badly written and wide open for abuse. Adding more H-1Bs will only make it worse. The whole H-1B issue needs to be re-examined and neither Cruz or any of the other candidates is talking about that. Maybe because laid-off programmers don't have big political PACs and companies like Disney do?
I don’t think he can read. The nasty statements are common for him which calls into question the seriousness of the Christian material on his homepage. Not only is he doing damage to Cruz (who he purports to worship) but also to those who look for witnesses for Christ.
Nobody follows the rules now, why would new rules be followed?
I thought Cruz is dead for you long time ago.
Ditto!
Thanks, Isara. :)
Promoting a piece of legislation is not supporting a candidate.
I know you know this, but TaTa hasn’t the cognition to understand it.
I hope you know what Trump is up to.
Go back and read my posts. If you can’t read, have someone read it for you. I was extremely clear.
You're too generous to our Congresswhores - the loopholes are constructed in such a byzantine manner that they were almost certainly intentional violations of the purported 'intent.'
I can’t imagine why anyone would want to read any of your childish posts.
You’ve no political sense whatsoever.
You react as you’ve been programmed to react.

>> “the loopholes are constructed in such a byzantine manner that they were almost certainly intentional violations of the purported ‘intent.’ “ <<
.
You’ve described about 99% of what congress produces with that statement.
.
Funny that Ted Cruz, Jim Robinson, and I agree with Trump’s position on illegal immigration yet you find yourself in agreement with Hillary Clinton, Jeb Bush, NBC, Univision, the entire GOPe and Dem parties. If we are to be judged by the company we keep...
