Here in California, they fixed the problem with unsafe illegals driving illegally..........they gave them a license! Now with just that little card they are all magically safe drivers and will never ever run into or kill anyone with a car again. If only this had been done decades ago, think how many Americans would still be alive.
California gets an extra 33.00 for every DL they issue :-) As long as the State wins - its all good /S
