My favorite baseball clinic speaker (Dick Birmingham) told this story:
I got fired from my 1st PE job for no reason or explanation. I was having my high school girls play basketball when the principal and the superintendent came by to observe my class and out of the blue they told me I was fired.
They never did tell me what I did, all I remember was that shirts were beating skins 18-16.
