There are all kinds of terrorism, and one should not generalize.
There is PLO terrorism, Al Qaeda terrorism, ISIS terrorism, Hamas terrorism, Hezbollah terrorism, Abu Nidal terrorism, Abu Sayyaf terrorism, Lashkar-e Tayyiba terrorism, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade terrorism, Islamic Jihad terrorism, al-Shabaab terrorism, Boko Haram terrorism, and al-Nusrah terrorism.
