Let me get this — the reasoning is because illegal immigrants have a net positive effect on Social Security, therefore.... WHAT IS CHAVEZ TRYING TO INSINUATE?
Only because the government is knowingly extracting SS taxes from illegal aliens with no pretense of funding their retirement. This is the kind of actuarial bookkeeping that gets businessmen thrown in jail.
