Good point. I’ll do that too.

Even Rush has commented that our side does not seem to be as aggressive or active. I thought about that and it’s true. I think it’s because we’ve been beaten down so often that we’re a little gun shy and don’t want the blow back from the left. But I’ll bet once it’s time to vote the numbers will change back.

Add in the losses we’ve suffered lately and it’s a prescription for non activism and laying back in the weeds for awhile.

Chris Christie said conservatives are not mad, he said we’re anxious. Christie is wrong. We’re mad as hell. He just doesn’t get it. Or maybe he does not understand it. We’re mad but there doesn’t seem to be much we can do right now. That’s going to change over the next year or so.

I think part of it can be explained in that over the past few elections, we’ve seen conservatives sent to the back of the bus, to use Obama’s expression, and the RINOs were the only ones allowed to drive-John McCain, Mitt Romney—now trying with J.E.B.

Meanwhile, when they did throw us a bone, such as Governor Palin, look what the Journ-0-lists did to her. Where was our RINOs on defending her? She was theirs—as well as ours—Vice Presidential nominee, for goodness sake!

So then we had a spontaneous grass roots effort in the TEA party, but THAT effort was excoriated and smeared as a racist, Bible-thumping bunch of white privilege rednecks, and once again, where were our “allies” the RINOs and their Chamber of Commerce financiers? Joining the Left against us!

So then we went into the 2014 Mid-term elections working our tails off getting a Republican Senate while keeping the house and what did we get?

Where are the daily bills to repeal Obamacare, go after Benghazi, IRS-gate, Fast and Furious, to name just a few?

It’s no wonder we no longer want to “play”.

BUT-—

If we love our country, then we must. Maybe we’ll just be lonely voices crying in the wilderness, but we can’t just go home and lose—there’s too much at stake.

SO-—

The primary season starts this Fall. Let’s promote, contribute and campaign for the most conservative Republicans we can in each and every primary. Blevins did not get enough support so McConnell cruised into the leaderless leadership. Same thing in many races. We’ve got to do better in 2016. PRIMARIES, not GENERAL elections. THAT is where we make a difference.
