Sinai? Pretty brutal, I’m sure. But if the terrorists can get used to it, why not Egyptian troops?

The Sinai is actually somewhat hilly.

The Egyptians apparently lack good aerial intelligence as well as on the ground as to where the ISIS fighters operate from (though the Egyptian Air Force has been conducting raids on known or suspected camps).

This is where Israel will be quietly helping Sisi and the Egyptians, and on occasion, take out a ripe target on the sly, giving credit to the EAF.

The Sinai is big but the Israelis know it very well. Let’s see what happens in the next month or two. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ISIS forces get their asses kicked badly.
