You think BO’s supporters would love Romney now? Or they would hate him worse than they did Bush? You think they wouldn’t be clamoring for Hillary Now?
Yes, I voted for Romney. It wasn’t a mistake. He would have been different from Obama. What would things look like now, facing a certain 8 years of Hilary?
I look at it this way: I’d rather be Louis XV (”apres moi le deluge”) than Louis XVI (who got his head chopped off).
Of course I’d rather be neither one, and there’s a value in slowing down the decline, to give us more chance to rally and recover.
