If memory serves, Wisconsin had a lower unemployment rate than the most of the surrounding states in 2011. If that is correct, they could not have added a higher percentage of jobs in the time period the Chicago Tribune are touting.
Wisconsin has been creating jobs at about half the national average. Walker promised 250,000 jobs and there has been about half that.
Wisconsin lost more jobs in May than any other state. They are losing more middle class households than any other state.
The WEDC that Walker created and Chaired lost 2 jobs for every job created, primarily because the companies that received funds outsourced jobs overseas.
