I hope we're getting to a place where we have civilian trials on the spot, immediately after the act or the apprehension of the perp and justice is meted out immediately following the verdict. -

The alternative is the not very attractive prospect of just rounding up the people without regard to their reason for being on American soil and disposing of them by whatever expeditious means become available.
