Why is it a “fake” university? Dennis Praeger has “Praeger University.” It’s not a fake, it’s a name he gives his on line subscriber lessons.

If liberal Trump did not deliver those lessons as promised it would be fake.
I forgot to add this. I would assume Dennis Praeger has a permit to operate. I don't know for certain, but I would think so.
