Special Provisions for Proposed For-Profit Colleges

If an in-State, for-profit organization wishes to establish a for-profit (proprietary) college, it must first apply to the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision for licensure as a non-degree, post-secondary school.

Again, I fail to see that this was a college. It looks like a typical seminar. This in no way looks like a “non-degree, post-secondary school” It looks exactly like Praeger’s outfit.
