The title is misleading. The article doesn’t say that Obama knew about the attack 10 days in advance, but rather that they knew that al Qaeda had been planning the attack for 10 days.

The title is ambiguous, but tends to lead the reader to think the administration knew of the attack 10 days in advance. The other and correct interpretation is that the attack was planned 10 days in advance, and some other time (happens to be the day after the attack), the administration knew the attack had been planned 10 days in advance.

Obama AND Hillary knew the day after the attack that it had been planned for 10 days as an attack.
They then said “a video made them do it” rather than admit that it was an islamist attack on US interests after Obama had declared jihadism cured.
They protected their political interests rather than national security.
