“America is in decline. Reminds me of Rome”
More like modern-day Greece.
Rome had a vast empire they leeched off for 400 years.
and your point being is, lots of “life Insurance” companies offer health insurance as well, Aenta, UHC, Anthem Cigna Humana all offer both
Big Business is the order of the day not just in healthcare either. Big Business prospers in a government regulatory environment.
Obamacare was a bailout for the big hospitals and big insurance companies. Their stocks have soared and I know because I have investments there. Their stocks jumped higher again last week with the SCOTUS ruling.
Climate Change policies will also help Corporate Elites and leave small players in the dust.
We live in what Nigel Farage of UKIP calls a Corporatist system, a collusion of “BIG BANKS, BIG BUSINESS AND BIG GOVERNMENT”.
Now if two companies like Wal Mart and Target wanted to merged evey Dem would be opposed. I bet almost all dems support this.
They are also my health insurance company.
Siemens uses Aetna for health Insurance.
Aetna pretty much sucks. This is sad.
The older I get the more I am so happy I got to live here when I did.
It is definitely a different world now, but my wife and I have had Aetna for years now with absolutely no problems. They have actually gone an extra mile for us on occasion.
Sorry to disagree. Just had to change to Aetna and NONE of our previous doctors are available to us......even with the Aetna PPO and 70/30 plan.
This means that whether I like it or not, my health insurance and Medicare administration will be seized by “Mother Aetna” as we used to call it in Connecticut and not affectionately. Humana has been a very good company to me except for its idiot mail order pharmacy. Come October, I will ask my agent to search for another company.
