Am I overly optimistic, or might Egypt be throwing off the yolk of Islam? The Berber chick on the camel would have driven them back, had she not called for attacks on the cities, which drove Egyptian urban areas to support Islam. But that was hundreds of years ago, and besides the wench is dead. Now DAESH is threatening to attack Cairo in its campaign against the Sisi government. Have we gone full circle? I can hope. Hope is frail, but cheap.
