The U.S. is only one of five or six countries negotiating the agreement. What if the U.S. says ‘yes’ and the other countries say ‘no’? Is there still an agreement?Obama will say there is and immediately lift all US sanctions. Then liberal academia will insure that history books record this as a singularly historic event that will forever stand as a testament to his genius and God-like diplomatic prowess.
